User Dashboard

From your dashboard you’ll create, share, delete archive and manage event rundowns that you own or that are shared with you.

Custom Cues

Pick from a list of standard cues and/or create custom cues for your show. Drag and drop the cues into your preferred order and watch them reorder in the Item list automatically.

Link Items

Select and LINK two or more items to create item groups (such as award segments) that color, duplicate, delete and drag and drop together as a group.

Drag & Drop Items

Drag and drop any ITEM or LINKED ITEMS. All timings are re-calculated based on the new order automatically.

Custom Item Colors

Use existing theme colors from the drop down or add custom colors by hex code to color your items, linked items or groups of selected items.

Print/PDF Export

Owners and co-editors can print or export to PDF from the DETAIL PAGE (where you build and edit). The Director and Crew can print or export to PDF from the LIVE PUBLIC CREW page where you run the show.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your cue sheet creation using keyboard shortcuts. Select KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS from the user menu to access the shortcut cheat sheet.

Light Mode Option

Toggle between dark and light mode. This is a user preference that only affects the users experience and is a permanent change until changed again across sessions.

Toggle Crew Access

Toggle your cue sheets for "public" or "private" access —set public access password (no login required)

Crew Access & List

Sheet owner and co-editors can enter the public page as the DIRECTOR and control cues. Crew joins by password and can add to crew list

Cue Monitoring

All users can select any one or more of the cue types using the checkbox to "monitor" that cue type. Selected type will be highlighted and move to the top of the list for that user only.

Live Mode: Director Controls

In LIVE MODE the system uses the DIRECTORs system clock — set show to auto start on time and toggle on/off crew interactivity

Toggle Auto Follow

Users independently toggle on/off auto follow to auto-scroll to the CURRENT item cued by the director — RECENTER button auto-scrolls to current item

Rehearsal Mode

In REHEARSAL MODE the TIMER LINE becomes visible to help rehearse ITEM timings using GO and NEXT buttons

Live Mode: Show Status

In LIVE MODE the SHOW STATUS field will display the current late/early status of the show for each item and update based on duration time changes.

Cue & Item Feedback

All users can type in the LIVE FEEDBACK fields beside each ITEM or CUE — DIRECTORs can clear, edit or choose to copy the field contents into its associated ITEM or CUE..

Team Management

Director Account owners have 4 additional seats that can be assigned and re-assigned to other users by email address — additional monthly or yearly seats can be added to Director Accounts

Add Co-Editors

Share your cue sheets with other Cue2Cue users as Co-Editors on your rundowns — Co-Editors will have full editorial control and the ability to enter the public sheet as a Director or Crew
